Covid-19 Information

The Coronavirus pandemic has meant that we’ve had to adjust the way we live our lives. We’ve had to find new ways of working, keeping in touch with friends and family and, educating our children and young people.

At Capstone Foster Care, safeguarding children and young people remains at the heart of our values and our focus now and into the future.

We are supporting our foster carers through the use of technology, our weekly communications continue and where face to face is not an option we are keeping in touch through video conference calls, telephone calls and emails.

Our offices continue to be closed to ensure the safety of our staff however, we are still here to help you along with your fostering journey.

Thinking of fostering?

Now more than ever there is a need for new foster carers to join our family.  There are over 60,000 children in care in the UK and we need you to help these children by providing a safe and secure home.

If you choose to get in touch with us, you can expect a call back from an expert advisor, at your convenience. You’ll get the opportunity to ask us questions about fostering and the fostering process and, we will have some questions for you to get to know you better.

The next step, if you’re happy, is to meet you ‘virtually’ using video chat platforms.

If you’re interested in fostering and what to find out more, give us a call on 0800 012 4004 or complete our online form and we’ll give you a call back.

Started your fostering journey with us?

If you’ve already been in touch and you’ve started your journey with us, we will continue to support you through to the assessment process.

We are following government guidelines and using technology where appropriate to stay in touch with you at this stage of your journey and we have dedicated staff and the technology to help you navigate your way through your foster care journey.
