Capstone Foster Care is a well-established fostering organisation, we are passionate about making a difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people, supporting carers to do an important job really well. Always striving for excellence in everything we do.

The Panel Chair position requires preparation time, attendance at Panel virtually (half or full day) and attendance at training, once or twice a year.  You will also be required to conduct panel member appraisals and to write the annual panel report. You will be on a self-employed contract, however there are opportunities to access training opportunities through Capstone Foster Care.

Applicants will have

• Substantial knowledge/experience of Fostering and Childcare legislation,  fostering regulations and National Minimum Standards 2011
• Knowledge of Fostering Panel Processes
• Experience of Fostering panel and at least one year’s Vice Chair level of experience
