Due to growth, we are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to manage a wide range of ER cases, provide practical HR advice and promote a positive workplace culture. Direct experience in managing a caseload including but not limited to performance management, grievance, sickness monitoring, investigations, redundancy, TUPE. This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy HR Team .

As a HR Advisor in the team, you must have the ability to:

• Manage your own caseload whilst meeting deadlines
• Be proactive, solution-focused and have a highly professional approach
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Analyse and report on HR data
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Applicants must have:

• Minimum of 12 months in a similar role
• CIPD Level 3 or 5
• Knowledge of fostering and childcare legislation desirable
• Be eligible to work within the UK
