The Multimedia Content Executive will be a confident, creative multimedia maker who is just as comfortable behind a camera as they are in a foster carer’s living room.
People considering fostering want to hear from those who are actually doing it. The Multimedia Content Executive role exists to capture those voices. Filming and photographing our foster carers, our staff and other stakeholders, including care experienced young people and adults, and turning that material into video, imagery and design work that is used across our advertising, social media, website and printed materials.
Capstone recruits across several regions with very different communities, so the work needs range. It should reflect the variety of people who foster with us and resonate with audiences in each area, rather than presenting a single version of what a foster carer looks like.
The remit goes wider than foster carer recruitment. There is a great deal of good work across the Group that deserves to be seen, including our therapeutic services, our care leavers trust and the achievements of our regional teams. Telling those stories well matters to how we recruit and to how Capstone is understood by local authorities, professionals and our own people.
The Multimedia Content Executive is a hands-on production role within a small, collaborative marketing team. Campaign management, paid advertising and website development sit elsewhere in the team, although the overall strategy and what creative works for us is planned together as a team. The focus here is squarely on creating excellent content and playing a full part in deciding what we make next.
As an integral part of the marketing team at Capstone Foster Care Group, the Multimedia Content Executive will be self-motivated, warm and dependable, with the sensitivity to work with vulnerable people and the pace to keep our advertising fresh.
