Social Media and Content Executive - Bromsgrove

Are you a creative storyteller, passionate about engagement and brand awareness? As a Social Media and Content Executive you will own and develop the content strategy being both reactive and proactive across all social media platforms.

Hybrid role with the ability to attend our Stoke Prior Office in Worcestershire.

As an integral part of the marketing team at Capstone Foster Care Group, the Social Media and Content Executive will be self-motivated, dynamic and eager, with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Social Media and Content Executive responsibilities:

  • ·Create and execute organic social media and community engagement strategies, across multiple platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Launch the Group on new or evolving platforms and grow the relevant audiences
  • Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies, targeted and data-informed to increase quality foster carer enquiries
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including our partners) to create, deliver and schedule bespoke and engaging platform-optimised content.
  • Effectively respond to engagement, including comments and direct messages
  • Live and breathe our brand to ensure consistent and effective communication.
  • Identifying and exploring emerging channels and tools
  • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling stories to celebrate our teams, and educate our audiences
  • Online reputation management
  • Attend weekly team day at the Stoke Prior office

What experience will the Social Media and Content Executive need?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • High level of creativity
  • Design/video editing capability using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar
  • Track record in delivering successful paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and other social campaign tools
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or similar
  • Response automation and data flow experience
  • Delivering of robust community engagement and organic content strategies
  • Full UK driving licence and transport as travel across England will be a part of the role
