Group Marketing Executive - Bromsgrove

The Group Marketing Executive will be passionate about all things marketing, ensuring all external presence of the Capstone Foster Care Group is always on brand, and that internal marketing and communications are also aligned to drive business growth.

Hybrid role with the ability to attend our Stoke Prior Office in Worcestershire.

As an integral part of the marketing team at Capstone Foster Care Group, the Group Marketing Executive will be self-motivated, confident and eager, with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Group Marketing Executive responsibilities:

  • Event Management
  • Content creation in the form of general internal/external copy, blogs and PR
  • Website support
  • Obtaining quotes for print, promotions and advertising
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Live and breathe our brand to ensure consistent and effective communication
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Marketing administration such as inbox monitoring, creating marketing briefs, and supporting with regional marketing requests
  • Attend weekly team day at the Stoke Prior office

What experience will the Group Marketing Executive need?

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar 360 marketing role, delivering a high level of general marketing support
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A storyteller with a real passion for creating engaging written content
  • Some design/video editing capability using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar
  • Ideally a working knowledge of website content management systems
  • Proven track record in delivering successful events
  • Full UK driving licence and transport as travel across England will be a part of the role
