Supervising Social Worker

Working for the Ofsted "OUTSTANDING" Midlands region of Capstone Foster Care as a Supervising Social Worker you will be looking after a very manageable caseload of foster families. Working in partnership with other team members to provide a high quality and safe service for our foster families and the children/young people they look after.

The position is home based with the expectation to attend the Stoke Prior Office in Worcestershire for meetings.

Applicants will have:

• A relevant Social Work qualification and be SWE registered
• Have fostering social work experience 
• Understanding of the impact of trauma and therapeutic parenting
• Able to prioritise and manage workload
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fostering and childcare legislation
• Be eligible to work within the UK
