Our homes offer the structure, consistency and compassion children need to recover from trauma and grow with confidence.
Capstone Therapeutic Homes provide medium and long term specialist care for children and young people aged 3 to 17 who have experienced complex trauma, loss, or abuse.
We are part of the Capstone Group, one of the UK's leading independent providers of children's services. With over 18 years of experience supporting children in care, Capstone is proud to be an employee owned trust. This means that we are owned by our employees, so our team members are more engaged, highly trained and truly invested in only achieving the best outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
Our Ofsted registered therapeutic homes offer more than a place to live—they offer a place to heal, connect and grow. We support children who have experienced relational trauma or disrupted development, helping them rebuild trust, regulate emotions and rediscover joy.
Our care provides compassion, consistency and connection.
We believe every child deserves a home that feels safe, stable and nurturing. That's why all our homes are:
We know that children thrive in environments where they can form strong trusting bonds with a consistent care team. Our small homes make this possible; providing space for connection, curiosity and the kind of relational repair that builds confidence, self worth and hope.
"Structure, consistency and compassion, helping children recover from trauma and grow with confidence."
Our therapeutic and relationship-focused approach is supported by a dedicated in-house clinical team and a framework that places the emotional needs of each child at the centre of care.
If you’re supporting a child or young person who may benefit from the kind of nurturing, therapeutic care we provide, we’d love to tell you more about what makes our homes different. Let’s work together to support the children who need us most.
