Content & Communications Officer - Kings Norton

Home Based  with weekly meetings held at our Kings Norton office

If you are an experienced communications professional, somebody who enjoys building relationships, has strong attention to detail, and experience in copywriting, we want to hear from you.

You will be passionate about making a change to the lives of the children and young people in our care as well as embracing change and creating interesting internal and external communication campaigns.

Working in a small team and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of stakeholder engagement, working closely with all teams across Capstone Foster Care Group. You will be able to translate marketing and communications requirements into exciting content for all of our audiences, using a range of channels to increase engagement.

Alongside being an approachable, people person our Content & Communications Officer will have:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A flair for creating engaging content across the web and social media
  • Internal communications management
  • Full drivers licence and be willing to travel nationally
