Capstone Foster Care have an exciting new opportunity for a CRM Marketing Executive to join us on a permanent basis to support the wider marketing team and enhance the agencies presence online through digital channels. Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, you’ll be an experienced, creative individual with new and fresh digital marketing ideas that can help shape our digital marketing strategy.

The CRM Marketing Executive will support the Group Marketing Manager to identify and implement the right digital marketing platforms and support the delivery of those requirements as well as growing the group’s presence in the digital space.

Job Description

The CRM Marketing Executive will support the Group Marketing Manager to identify and implement the right digital marketing platforms and support the delivery of those requirements as well as growing the group’s presence in the digital space.

Main responsibilities for this role will include:

• End-to-end project management of CRM, including identification of software and implementation.
• Maintaining and owning a GDPR compliant CRM system.
• Creation and implementation of automated email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor CRM to identify lapsed potential foster carers and support re-engagement.
• Develop effective automated lifecycle marketing, nurturing customers at every touchpoint.
• Deliver and develop all CRM campaigns through all channels: email, SMS, outbound and identify opportunities to utilise new channels.
• Producing monthly marketing reporting using Google Analytics, CMS and CRM system.
• Driving lead generation across organic and paid channels including email, social, website, online and offline events.
• Updating content on the group’s branded websites and intranet using CMS
• Support the wider marketing team in the creation of digital collateral, including emails,landing pages, adverts, video and animations.
• Support the delivery of internal communications through the intranet site, emails and other communications tools
• Work alongside Marketing Coordinator to support organic and paid social media content creation
• Keeping up to date with industry best practice and trends along with monitoring content activities of competitor websites and marketing/ PR activity.
• Acting as a key part of the wider marketing team and undertaking other marketing related duties as required (for example in the case of needing holiday /sickness cover).
• Provide ad hoc support and contribution to specific campaigns, events and meetings.

Key skills that the successful candidate will have:

A knowledge of the foster care sector is desirable.

• Ability to ensure compliance with all data management systems and GDPR
• Able to use the system information to self-regulate performance.
• The post holder will be expected to demonstrate that the group values are at the centre of all they do.
• The post holder will be expected to have an intermediate level of IT competence to be able to use company database and website/ online enquiry channels effectively.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent or, qualified by experience, at least 2 years in a similar role
