Fostering in Tamworth

Fostering in Tamworth with Capstone Foster CareCapstone has been involved in placing looked after children in foster homes in Staffordshire for several years. Our local office is in Stoke-on-Trent and we are familiar with the culture and society of Tamworth. We work with the local authority of Staffordshire County Council, providing some of the finest foster carers in the town to children and young people that the local authority takes into care.

Tamworth is a great place for children and young people whether it’s a day out at That Fun Place at Jump Xtreme or going to the bowling alley or on some other local adventure. When you are a foster parent, doing what you love to do is your job. You not only get to work from home, you get to work with love and caring for the family around you.

If you have the time, commitment and skills to be a great foster carer, you are the person that Capstone is actively seeking. You can be married, single, male, or female. Our basic requirements are that you have spare room in your home and in your heart and that you are in excellent health.

Our connection with the local authority involves our ability to be able to respond to their immediate fostering needs. There are many types of placements ranging from short term to long term, to respite care and special needs. At the moment, we have a need for carers who have extra bedrooms as sibling group placements may involve two or three (or more) children.
