You will have the unique opportunity to work for a company that is owned by it's employees, as an Employee Ownership Trust. As a Fostering Recruitment Advisor you will be our first point of contact to potential foster carers by visiting them in their homes to actively promote the benefits of becoming a foster carer with Capstone. You will provide guidance and support, providing a positive and personal customer journey.
Working with marketing to identify and attend local events to increase foster carer enquiries.
