About Capstone Vision Foster Care

Who we are

Amar Dhull (founder) set up Vision Fostering Agency (renamed Capstone Vision) in 2002 to help address the need for more quality foster carers in London. 

Capstone Vision has over the years recruited and trained over 200 foster carers, has fostered over 1000 children and has close links with a number of Local Authorities in London and the South East. Capstone Vision is approved by Pan-London as an organisation that can offer fostering services to all London Local Authorities. We are contracted as preferred providers for the London Borough of Lewisham as well as West Sussex & Brighton & Hove and the 'ER5' group that includes Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Southend and Thurrock. Capstone Vision is also approved by the West Midlands Consortium.

We have been inspected six times by Ofsted and been rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' each time.

In 2008 Capstone Vision joined the Capstone Foster Care group. This link has enabled Capstone Vision to share skills and experience with other offices in the Capstone group.

We are looking for new foster carers throughout London and the South East of England.

We have offices in Dartford in Kent and in Hounslow in West London.

Most of our carers come from ethnic minority groups. In addition to white British carers (approximately 25% of our carers), we have carers from from a wide range of cultures, religious backgrounds and countries including the following;

Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, Vietnam and the West Indies.
